Assalamu Alaykum dear parents,

Your child's As-Salam online learning account is ready! Please log in at your earliest convenience so your child can access their lessons, class recordings and homework.

How to log in:

  1. Visit moodle.assalamarabicschoolforkids.com
  2. Enter the username and password provided to you by Ustad/Ustada (check your emails or WhatsApp messages)
  3. Your child's course(s) will appear on the dashboard — click to enter

Once logged in, you will find:

  • 📖 Lesson PDFs and resources
  • 🎥 Class recordings
  • ✅ Attendance records
  • 📝 Homework and announcements
  • 🤖 Ask Ustad AI — a friendly assistant that answers your child's questions about the lessons

You can also download the free Moodle Mobile app (search "Moodle" in your app store) and log in with the same details for learning on the go.

Parent Guide - How to Use Our Learning Platform

Welcome, Parents and Guardians!

This guide helps you navigate our online school. Your children learn with us in weekly live classes, and this platform holds all the resources, homework, and attendance records.

1. Logging In

Use the username and password we sent you. After logging in you will see your child's course(s) on the Dashboard.

2. Finding Lesson PDFs

Open the course, click a subject (Aqaaid, Akhlaq, Fiqh, Duas, Arabic), then click the lesson to download the PDF.

3. Class Recordings

Weekly live class recordings are under the Class Recordings section in each course.

4. Checking Attendance

Click the Attendance activity in your child's course to see weekly attendance and teacher notes.

5. Homework and Announcements

Check the Announcements forum in each course - teachers post homework and updates there.

6. Ask Ustad AI

Each course has an Ask Ustad AI forum. Post any question and our AI assistant will answer quickly.

7. Mobile App

Download the free Moodle app (App Store / Google Play) and log in with the same details.

Available courses

Second cohort of Year 1 Islamic Studies for Beginners. Same curriculum as Year 1A with adjusted scheduling.

Introductory Islamic Studies for young learners. Covers basic Aqeedah, daily Duas, Islamic etiquettes, and simple Quranic stories.

Second level of the Advanced Islamic Studies track. Continues developing knowledge across Aqeedah, Fiqh, and Quranic studies.

Advanced level Islamic Studies for students who have completed Levels 1 and 2. Deepens understanding of Aqeedah, Fiqh, Seerah, and Tafsir.

First level of the Advanced Islamic Studies track. Students build on foundational knowledge with more detailed study of Islamic principles.

Induction course for new students joining Islamic Studies. Covers foundational concepts, classroom expectations, and initial assessment.

Introductory Arabic language course. Covers Arabic alphabet, basic vocabulary, simple reading and writing, and everyday expressions.
